You can now add a Cover Page to the Report. The cover page displays useful information to introduce your clients to the content in the Goal Achievement Report. The following is displayed:
- An image across the top. You may upload a custom image or use our default (seen below)
- The title of the report and clients household name
- Your contact information
- Sections outlining your agenda
- Disclosure across the footer

Start by going to the preferences section to customize your report. You do this by selecting the dropdown by your name at the top of the screen.
Figure 2: Going to Preferences
Once in the preferences, you will see a section called “Contact Information, Report Cover Image and Disclaimer”. The first time you view this section, your contact information and disclaimer text will be blank and we will have selected a default cover image. Select “Edit” to customize this information.

In the edit section, you now have the ability to add your name and other information that will appear on the report.
You also may update your image to be displayed on the cover page. We provide you with a default, but you may update your own logo. SVG files work the best, and are displayed very crisp on your report. JPG’s and PNG’s tend to be fuzzy. The image can be as wide as the report (the report is in landscape format), but can only be 2.5 inches tall. If your image is taller, we will resize it while retaining your dimensions.
To upload your own image, select ‘browse’ under the “Report Cover Image”, and select the image from your file manager.
You also have the option to add disclosure. This text will be displayed at the bottom of each page. It is a small snippet of text, limited at 140 characters.
Be sure to select “Save” once you have made your edits.

Now you have set up the cover page, so you are ready to include it on a report.
Navigate to a household, and into a Plan. Once inside a plan, you can include the cover page by selecting the thumbnail on the ‘Report’ tab. You do have the option of not including a cover page by simply unchecking the thumbnail.
Note: Make sure that the “Advisor Information for Cover and Footer” displays the information entered in the Preferences section. Any new Household will display the content entered. However, a Household that was in existence prior to the your updating of the Preferences section may not include the new content. If it does not, simply select “Edit”, and select “Contact Info from Preferences” from the dropdown. This will upload the most recent content.
